These terms apply to listglot.com and the Listglot waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Separate terms will apply to the Listglot product when it launches.

About Listglot

Listglot ("we", "us") is operated from Türkiye. Listglot is in early access: the site describes the product and lets you join the waitlist.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and doesn't create an agreement to provide the product.
• We invite sellers in small groups and can't promise when, or whether, you'll be invited.
• Features, supported marketplaces, languages and pricing may change before launch.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing bozkurt@listglot.com.

Examples on the site

Listings shown on the site, including those for the Kil Studio coffee dripper, are examples written for a sample product. They illustrate how Listglot works.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes automated sign-ups, attempts to disrupt the site or access it without authorization, and submitting someone else's email address without their permission.

Intellectual property

The site's text and design, and the Listglot name and logo, belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site.

Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Otto, Mercado Libre, Trendyol and Hepsiburada are trademarks of their respective owners. Listglot isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses that arise from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
