Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Listglot collects through listglot.com and our waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Listglot is in early access. Before the product launches, we'll update this policy to cover product accounts and the product data you submit.

Who we are

Listglot is operated from Türkiye and is the data controller for the processing described here.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist:

• your email address
• the marketplaces you sell on, the languages you need, your approximate number of products and your store link, if you share them
• the site language you used and the time you gave consent

When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your language choice (EN or TR) is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

Why we use it

• To email you about early access, invitations, launch and pricing.
• To decide which marketplaces and languages to support first.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We process waitlist data based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)). We process technical data for security based on our legitimate interest in running the site safely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Service providers and transfers abroad

We use these providers to run Listglot:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, the waitlist database and email forwarding.
• Google LLC: the email inbox where messages to our addresses arrive.

These providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under their data protection terms. When you join the waitlist, you consent to this transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or for 24 months after you join, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we'll explain how account data is handled when you sign up.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy of it
• correct inaccurate data
• delete your data
• stop processing it or restrict how we use it
• send your data to you in a portable format
• tell you who we've shared it with, in Türkiye or abroad

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect processing that happened before. Under KVKK Art. 11, you can also object to results that affect you and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Email bozkurt@listglot.com from the address you signed up with. We respond within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the data protection authority where you live.

When the product launches

Product information you submit to generate listings will be processed with Anthropic's Claude API. We'll describe this processing in an updated policy before launch.

Children

Listglot is a service for businesses. The site and waitlist aren't intended for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also email the waitlist.
